On our Pizza's we only use a Premium Whole Milk Mozzarella, it is considered to be the best quality Pizza Mozzarella on the Market.
We make our own Pesto from scratch using Fresh Basil Leaves, Pine Nuts,
Premium California grown Garlic, and Olive Oil.

On our Margherita Pizza, we use Fresh Mozzarella, Olive Oil & Whole Fresh Basil Leaves.
We buy fresh, whole US No. 1 Grade White Mushrooms and cut them by hand in the Pizzeria, we also hand cut our Fresh Red Onions, Green Peppers, Roma Tomatoes and Fresh Jalapenos.
Our Air Chilled, Free Range Chicken Breast's for our
Pizza's & Salad's; we Marinate in Olive Oil and California Garlic
then grill over an open flame.
We are proud to serve Pitman Family Farms Chicken Breasts & Wings.
For Our Salad's & Pizza's we only use Fresh Roma Tomatoes.
Our Salads are all made with Premium Romaine Hearts.
Our Feta Cheese that we use on our Salads & Pizzas comes from a great cheese company called Belfiore right across the bay in Berkeley, CA
All of Belfiore's cheese are certified kosher.
Here at Pizzeria we only use Fresh California Garlic from Christopher Ranch,
yes, there is Cheaper imported Garlic available and many, many pizzeria's use it because they feel there customers can't tell the difference, but we know and our loyal customers know that nothing compares
to the flavor and quality of Christopher Ranch California Garlic.

Our Wings are fried to order in 100 % Pure Peanut Oil.
The Wings are then tossed in our
Pizzeria Wing Sauce; a cayenne pepper and vinegar based sauce with hints of sweet molasses and a little smokiness.
